Built in India,
for the AI decade.
HyperNext Data Center Limited is a public limited company, incorporated to build hyperscale AI-native data center infrastructure across India and Africa. Headquartered in Hyderabad, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India.
The company, on the record.
The same book we would hand a procurement team, dated throughout and built to be checked. Read it here, page by page.

From a one-bedroom apartment in Toronto to a 1.2 GW AI factory.
Seventeen years of engineering work. One continuous arc. The lineage is short to write down and long to live through.
Scriptics begins.
A one-bedroom apartment in Toronto. The work was small. The ambition was not. The original setup, photographed.
The India office opens.
The first physical office in India. The team scales. From here, the work goes global.
The HyperNext brand is born.
The hyperscale data center vertical earns its own name. HyperNext begins, with a clear remit: build the Responsible Hyperscaler. The Hyderabad office, photographed.
HN-1 Phase 1 breaks ground.
The first HyperNext facility starts construction. The BFSI anchor campus. 64 MW of Phase 1 capacity, planned commissioning December 2026. The first stone of a much larger plan.
Forbes India Select 200.
Scriptics Technologies, the parent of HyperNext, is named to the Forbes India Select 200 cohort at the DGEMS 2024 Summit, recognising companies with exceptional global business potential. The recognition reflects seventeen years of disciplined engineering. The work continues at the scale this decade now asks for.
The Nagmati Programme begins.
HyperNext makes its first major CSR commitment: a ₹5 crore programme to restore the Nagmati watershed in Kutch, Gujarat. Recharge weirs, percolation wells and channel works, engineered to return more freshwater to the ground than the company consumes. The first project under #aiwithoutthirst.
The South Africa agreement is signed.
110 MW international gateway facility. The first HyperNext footprint outside India. Designed to anchor BFSI, sovereign workloads, and the next leg of African digital infrastructure.
The Andhra Pradesh Government Order is signed.
The Memorandum of Understanding for the Kakinada campus is formalised at the Government of Andhra Pradesh signing ceremony, "India's Sunrise State". State backing for the flagship 1.2 GW AI Factory, and the foundation on which the campus is built.
Kakinada is finalised as the 1.2 GW AI Factory.
India's flagship hyperscale AI campus. 350 acres in Kakinada Industrial City. NVIDIA Vera Rubin Ultra NVL576 and AMD Helios rack-scale GPU systems. Engineered for the workloads that will define the decade. Coverage in The Times of India and across industry trackers.
The HN-1 220 kV substation is energised.
Power before racks. The dedicated 220 kV substation for the HN-1 anchor campus comes online. Grid-scale transmission capacity secured and commissioned. The hardest infrastructure, delivered first, exactly as planned.
Chhattisgarh land finalised.
The Nava Raipur campus is approved and the land finalised. At the Chhattisgarh Investors Connect in Hyderabad, HyperNext was handed the project documents and approval, a ₹4,200 crore data center, the single largest investment announced at the meet, with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai presiding over the handover. 100 MW. India's first purpose-built Disaster Recovery as a Service campus, with a zero-downtime SLA on the hot tier.
Selective acquisitions in the IT supply chain.
Plans take shape for targeted acquisitions across the data center IT supply chain, across server, networking and component layers. The goal: bring critical hardware capability in-house. Faster cycles. Tighter quality. Lower total cost of build. India-built, by design.
The work continues.
Three campuses in India. One international gateway. Five Build-to-Suit sites. 2.7 GW of captive renewable energy by 2028. Net Zero by 2030. The same discipline that started in a one-bedroom apartment, applied at the scale this decade now requires.
We are the
Responsible Hyperscaler®
A hyperscaler that secures power before it pours concrete, cools without drinking the water table, and builds the hard parts itself. Responsible is not a label we added at the end. It is how the whole thing is engineered, from the power up.
Power-first
We secured 330 MW power allocation in Telangana before pouring a single slab of concrete. We own 700 MW of captive solar at Khavda today, with 2 GW more in planning.
AI-native architecture
India's first 800VDC data center architecture, engineered around the rack-scale systems coming from NVIDIA, AMD and HPE. Built for the workloads of 2028.
Responsibly built
#aiwithoutthirst. Our Nagmati River project has saved 5+ billion litres of freshwater. Our captive renewables programme powers the next gigawatts.
The hardest things,
first.
Real scale is not how fast a slab is poured. It is power readiness. Transmission. Partnerships. The discipline to plan in decades, not quarters. That is the order we work in.
Power before concrete
Before construction began on our flagship Hyderabad campus, we secured a 330 MW allocation from Telangana State Transmission Corporation. Our dedicated substation was designed, approved and energised in 18 months. While the industry waits for transmission, ours is already on the grid.
Architecture for 2028, not 2018
We did not retrofit a legacy facility for AI. We engineered around 800VDC power delivery, direct liquid cooling, and rack-scale systems from NVIDIA, AMD and HPE. Built for the workloads of the next decade, not the last one.
Sustainability is operational
700 MW of captive solar already generating in Khavda, Kutch. 5 billion litres of freshwater saved through our Nagmati River programme. Measurable, today. We do not publish targets and call them strategy.
Partners that define the category
NVIDIA, AMD, HPE, IBM, Hitachi Vantara on compute and platform. Delta, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Kirloskar on power, cooling and standby. Each chosen for one reason. They are the best in the world at what they do.
